Gaming releases dopamine which makes your mind feel happy.
Gaming teaches you problem solving

CONS:
If you do not win a game, you rage, which increases anger
You might get addicted to a game
You might spend too much to level up on a game.
Your eyes are strained

RESULT:
Gaming is not bad for health. This is because the pros outweigh the cons.
